Shareholders received a letter outlining the token’s role as the "backbone" of a crypto-driven engagement system, designed to incentivize user activity through tipping, content boosting, and governance participation.
The undisclosed token’s structure and launch timeline remain confidential, but TMTG has earmarked $250 million for crypto product development. CEO Devin Nunes positioned the move as part of a broader strategy to capitalize on blockchain’s financial potential, though no specific coins or exchanges were named in the proposal.
